For all clinic appointments you will need to bring your child’s health record (red book) and a blanket for swaddling. If you are bottle feeding you will need to bring a feed with you. You will also need to confirm your baby has had vitamin k.

I hold various clinics in Northamptonshire.  Parking is free where available at my clinics.
